This is a McCoy open sugar bowl. It has pine cones and needles on it. it measures 2 3/4" tall by 5 1/2" wide from handle to handle and 3 1/2" deep. It's in very good condition with no chips or cracks. It does have some crazing which is common on a piece this old.
